The introductory class will span across 2 full days. Learners will be taught about Infinite Youth Qi Gong and the techniques through which we train to maintain a healthy and youthful body.
The class will be conducted by our founder Master Tsai Liang An.
The contents include:

(Dong Qi Gong and Jing Qi Gong)
